Products can be returned or exchanged provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the invoice date, they are unused, have not lost resale value, and maintain their original condition.
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rings made to order based on size are custom-made items, therefore returns or exchanges are not accepted in this category.
